Most storage companies raise your rent every 3–6 months. At Storage Xxtra, your rate is guaranteed not to increase for at least a full year from move-in. After any rate change, the new rate is guaranteed for another year — and we strive to keep increases fair and below the current standard rate for your unit size.

Gate access is available daily from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m., 365 days a year — including holidays. If you need access outside those hours, contact our on-site manager to make arrangements.

We offer units from 25 sq ft up to 1,000 sq ft — the largest selection in the Villa Rica area. Use the size guide in the unit listing above or call our on-site manager who will help you find the right fit without paying for space you don’t need.

Computer-controlled gate access requires a unique personal code for entry. Every unit uses a tamper-resistant cylinder lock. 24/7 digital camera surveillance covers the entire property, and always-on lighting keeps the facility bright and safe at night.

Yes — we say “if it’s worth storing, it’s worth insuring.” Coverage is available through SafeLease Insurance starting at $12/month for $2,000 of protection with no deductible. Our team will help you get set up.

Unlike most facilities that bill on the 1st of the month, your bill is due on the same day of the month as your move-in date. We email an invoice 14 days before it’s due, and you can choose a different billing date if needed. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover.

Yes. We sell tamper-resistant cylinder locks (required for all units), plus a full line of packing supplies including boxes, tape, and furniture covers.

Just one month. After that, your rental is month-to-month with no long-term commitment required.
