I highly recommend Storage Xxtra if you have storage space needs. Above all, I really want to share my customer service experience review. Upon arrival, I was welcomed through the door by Kelly with the most warmest greeting I’ve ever experienced. I learned that Kelly is a traveling manager who works throughout several of the Storage Xxtra facilities in Georgia. She made me feel like I just walked into a luxury spa. She sat with me and showed me exactly what I needed in a storage space, and showed me several options based on my budget. The options were very affordable and better than U-Haul, and many other storage facilities in the area. I must mention how clean and well lit the facility is as well. Kelly made the leasing process very easy and delightful. She is a great representation of amazing service. It made me feel like my items will be safe and secure once I move my belongings in. ATTENTION TO STORAGE XXTRA: GIVE KELLY RIGSBY A TRIPLE SALARY RAISE!!! Great service!

Love this storage area. Great customer service. My storage unit price went up without being informed in a email , mail or text. Only issue I have.
