Michelle was the greatest, she called to ask if I still needed the unit I reserved, as I am trying to get there from being stuck in traffic, I get there and my suv was filled up with stuff. She was very patient and so helpful. During my time of grieving Michelle was an Angel and a blessings. Thanks Michelle I have already started telling people about the exemplary customer service. Update: sorry for the misunderstanding of the stars on my android it showed 5 stars and when I see the response I’m like oh my word. I was provided excellent service and my mistake for not making sure everything was right. But PLEASE o PLEASE O PLEASE let Michelle know I am truly sorry for the mistake of the stars I have corrected it to the FIVE STARS IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN
