Michelle was very kind and helpful. She made sure I had every detail about the units and the costs for the next few months. It was little toasty outside and she offered me a bottle of cold water and allowed me to borrow the dolly since I had an interior unit. I really appreciate the help and the ease of the move-in process. 10/10
