I actually went to the wrong storage unit, when I realized and went to turn away I was greeted by Stacy . Just one interaction with her and I was sold to do business with her. Michelle did an amazing job. She Answered all questions, showed me all size units so we could determine what appropriate size we needed. She had a very positive, welcoming spirit. If we need storage in the future, we will be returning. She also showed me office suites, which I had no idea they offered.“
