Rachel and the Storage Xxtra team was nothing short of incredible for us! I came to them with a unique storage requirement and more questions than answers about my own requirements, and they remained flexible and accommodating the entire time. Over the course of 2 weeks I continuously went back and forth on what I needed as information about my property changed, and at no point did I ever feel like I was being a hassle or putting them out of their way as I asked for very specific measurements, timelines, angles, and other questions that are probably a little bit outside of normal. They made suggestions, and continuously looked for solutions to get me where I needed to be. At the end of the day I was able to settle on the perfect unit that worked for my needs, and was reassured that if / when that changes, there are other options that are available that I can revert to. On top of all of that, the pricing was incredibly competitive, but the customer service and options available to me are what really made Storage Xxtra stand out.
