Great facility and great customer service. I had an issue with not being able to open the door on my unit but within an hour of me bringing up the issue with the office manager Risha - she was able to get maintenance tech Boyd on the issue and resolve the issue. Great experience“

I had the most pleasant experience securing storage at this location! Don’Resha is an absolute GEM of an employee. She was genuinely kind and I decided to go ahead and rent the unit I needed today to be able to work with her instead of waiting. The amenities were even better than I had hoped and at a MUCH more reasonable price than other units in Columbus. Y’all better give Don’Resha a raise! She secured you a long-time renter.“

I am so pleased with my rental!! The prices are by far the best in town. I’ve rented from several storages in Columbus, and this facility stands out as the cleanest, most secure and best customer service. The manager and co manager were so professional and made sure I was taken care of fully. I highly recommend Storage Xxtra on Veterans! Thank you Rachel and Jon! You both are awesome!!
