It was a great experience. Ms. Penny gave my daughter and I a look around. She had a smile the whole time. Ms. Theresa had the facility smelling awesome. She also showed us how to use the unit. This is my 3rd time storing with Storage Xxtra and the ladies there are the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! They are fast, efficient, and the kindest people you will ever meet!
