At Storage Xxtra, we guarantee your rate will remain the same for at least a year!
That means when you move-in you won't get a surprise increase after a few months like you will with many other storage companies. It also means that whenever you do get an increase, the new rate will not change again for at least another year. The goal is for you to rest easy knowing you can plan on your monthly storage rate without any surprises.
Additionally, please know that while periodic rent increases are needed in order to maintain our high level of service, we strive to keep our rate increases fair and consistent. Therefore except for the rarest of cases, we will not raise your rate above the current standard rate for your unit size.
